"The best among you are those who have the best character." (Sahih Al-Bukhari)
With this noble hadith in mind, we are blessed to organize the Annual Summer Four-Day Hadith Camp, a divine opportunity for our young ones to immerse themselves in the radiant teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. This blessed gathering, spanning four illuminated days, is a testament to our commitment to raise a generation firmly rooted in the teachings of Islam. As Allah سبحانه وتعالى says in the Quran: "There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often." (Quran 33:21)

Structure and Learning Approach
The camp, designed with wisdom and care, divides participants into age groups ranging from 4 to 18 years. This structure allows for tailored learning experiences, ensuring that each child receives knowledge suitable to their understanding, as our beloved Prophet ﷺ advised:
"Speak to people according to their level of understanding." (Muslim)

Through engaging and enjoyable activities in the serene setting of a park, our young Muslims delve into various aspects of Islamic knowledge:
1. Seerah (Biography of the Prophet ﷺ): Children learn about the exemplary life of our beloved Messenger ﷺ, internalizing his noble character and actions.
2. Prophetic Character: Emphasis is placed on understanding and embodying the sublime attributes of the Prophet ﷺ, as he ﷺ said: "I have been sent to perfect good character." (Muwatta Malik)
3. Islamic Studies: Age-appropriate lessons on various aspects of our deen, nurturing a comprehensive understanding of Islam.
4. Quranic Studies: Connecting young hearts with the words of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, for as the Prophet ﷺ said: "The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach it." (Bukhari)
For our older participants, we organize special contests to stimulate their interest and deepen their knowledge, following the prophetic method of encouraging learning through gentle competition.

A Gift to the Community

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, we have been able to offer this camp free of charge to our community, with an average daily attendance of 65 blessed souls. We pray to Allah سبحانه وتعالى to continue blessing us with the means to maintain this gift, through the generous donations of our community members. As the Prophet ﷺ said:"The upper hand is better than the lower hand (i.e., he who gives in charity is better than him who takes it)." (Bukhari)

Timing and Registration

The Hadith camp is typically held a week after the conclusion of the school year, offering a blessed beginning to the summer break. InshaAllah, the registration page will be made available after the holy month of Ramadan, allowing families to secure their children's participation in this enriching experience. We invite you to glimpse the joy and learning captured in the photographs from our previous camps, bearing witness to the fruits of this blessed endeavor. As we nurture these young minds and hearts, we are reminded of the Prophet's ﷺ words:
"Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward similar to the one who does it." (Muslim)
